MEET JOSH
& HARRISON

Not your average speakers. Not your average story.

Some people teach connection; we’ve spent our lives engineering it. Josh is a strategist, magician, and entrepreneur. Harrison is a Broadway actor, voice artist, and communication expert . Together, we’ve spent decades of combined mastery on stages across entertainment and industry—learning how trust is built, how presence is felt, and how a single moment drives lasting change.

Along the way, we saw something missing from most leadership conversations: They talk about collaboration, but they don’t model it.

We teamed up to prove a point: Collaboration is a muscle, and most teams have stopped using it. We bring contrast, friction, and two distinct ways of thinking. That’s the whole point. Because when your people see high-impact collaboration in action, they start practicing it, too.

That’s The Not Your Average Leadership Experience

It’s leadership you can feel in the room—and replicate long after we’ve left the stage.

Josh Seiden

Strategist

Entrepreneur

Builder of Behavioral Momentum

Josh started where most keynotes fall short: attention. As a strategist and magician, he has spent decades studying the mechanics of what captures an audience and what actually drives them to change.
While Josh’s energy is contagious, he realized early on that it wasn’t enough to just “wow” a crowd. He wanted to help leaders shift how they communicated and showed up, especially under pressure. As an entrepreneur who has managed over 100 employees, Josh has lived the “friction” he speaks about. He understands the real-world challenge of building teams and maintaining momentum in high-stakes environments.
By fusing the psychological precision of magic with the leadership demands of a large organization, Josh helps leaders move past surface-level collaboration. His career also includes work in experience design and television production—notably on The Carbonaro Effect (truTV)—where he mastered the power of audience immersion. Today, he brings that toolkit to every room, providing the exact psychological cues needed to sharpen attention, build trust, and shift behavior in real-time.

Harrison Chad

Performer

Coach

Architect of Authentic Presence

Harrison has spent his entire life mastering the art of vocal influence—starting as the original voice of Boots the Monkey on Dora the Explorer. From that early start, he built a career of elite mastery with over 100 credits across Broadway, TV, and film, including starring roles in Les Misérables and voicing iconic characters like Tarzan.

But for Harrison, the stage was the ultimate laboratory for studying human connection. He learned exactly how to hold a room, command attention, and build trust with an audience in seconds. Today, he translates those decades of high-stakes performance into a practical framework for leaders, sales teams, and executives.

Harrison helps professionals bring clarity, presence, and power to every interaction, whether they are in front of a camera, a boardroom, or their own team. He doesn’t just teach “performance”—he teaches leaders how to engineer a level of authentic confidence that resonates long after they’ve left the stage.
